You will handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and email to resolve queries about banking products, primarily Point of Sale. You'll act as an escalation point for complex issues and help improve customer experience by supporting service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves multitasking to meet service level agreements and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer offerings.

You'll architect the future of how Zopa builds software by writing high-quality code to build internal CLI tools, automation providers, and self-service platforms. You'll lead the migration from Jenkins to GitHub Actions and analyze metrics to improve developer experience. Your work will enable product engineers to maintain compliance while having a world-class shipping experience.
