You'll own the top of the origination funnel for renewable energy companies, identifying and building relationships with developers and sponsors. Your core impact will be driving deal flow onto the **Plural platform** and working closely with the brokerage team. This role sits at the intersection of **clean energy finance**, capital markets, and early-stage company building.

You'll support the tokenization of infrastructure projects across energy, data centers, transportation, and public-private partnerships. You'll help build a **first-of-its-kind infrastructure tokenization platform** in partnership with public-sector institutions, conducting project diligence and structuring financing solutions. This highly entrepreneurial role involves building new systems and deploying capital into **real-world infrastructure**.

You'll craft the core user experience for a platform tokenizing energy infrastructure using smart contracts. You'll build and maintain a Next.js TypeScript React codebase, connecting investors and asset operators. This role offers close mentorship and a chance to impact finance, energy, and blockchain technology.
