Adelphi

You'll own **end-to-end delivery** of agentic, full-stack systems built on **frontier models** for U.S. defense and intelligence customers. You'll build and deploy ML services using **LLMs, embeddings, RAG**, and agent orchestration into production environments, including classified and air-gapped ones.

You'll own the security program for Adelphi, driving authorization through the Department of War on the **IL2 path** and toward a **defensible IL5 trajectory** with a continuous-ATO cadence. You'll be the primary interface to the Authorizing Official and work directly with a **small, high-velocity engineering team**.

You'll make **technical direction and architectural decisions** for the platform, combining software development with **ML Ops practices**. You'll build and support mission-critical services across the full data stack for the U.S. intelligence and defense communities. This role offers the chance to **apply AI to real government applications** in a high-security context.
