You will lead a team of engineers to transform Ably's dashboard, documentation platform, and control plane into a world-class developer experience. You'll obsess over the developer journey and elevate how developers interact with Ably's realtime platform, working full-stack to iterate and ship improvements quickly. This role involves blending deep technical expertise with a product mindset to build tools that developers love.

You'll join Ably's Pub/Sub team to build **distributed systems infrastructure** that powers realtime experiences at planet scale.
