You'll **automate IT operations** and support **SOC 2 compliance** for a growing company serving public-sector customers. Your work will directly enable scaling into regulated environments.

You'll manage a team of 4-5 engineers at a climate adaptation **startup**, splitting your time between coding, technical leadership, and people management. You'll work on **full-stack software** with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Postgres. This role offers the chance to directly impact how local communities **plan for flood risk**.

You'll implement features that help build resilient communities, from **real-time flood risk visualizations** to **automated permit workflows** that cut response times from weeks to hours. You'll work directly with government users on the frontlines of climate adaptation.

You'll lead the evolution of our mobile experience, building and scaling a **React Native application** for climate resilience. Your work will directly affect how governments collect and act on **real-world field data** to plan for climate adaptation.

You'll drive the commercial success of **new product lines** at Forerunner, sitting at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll own pipeline generation, sales readiness, and adoption metrics to turn these product lines into **repeatable growth engines**. This high-autonomy role reports directly to the CEO.
