You'll own and deepen relationships with institutional clients in the private credit space, driving product adoption and expansion. Your core impact is ensuring clients stay, grow, and get more value from **PactFi's operational infrastructure**. This role stands out for its land-and-expand focus and use of **AI-enabled tools** for optimization.

You'll design and deliver scalable web applications using **Laravel** and **Vue.js** for a platform managing private credit transactions. Your work will directly impact how the industry allocates capital and manages funds flow. You'll also mentor junior developers and shape technical strategy.

You'll lead high-performing engineering teams at a pivotal growth stage, driving scalable delivery and building an **AI-first engineering culture**. You'll partner cross-functionally to translate priorities into plans and **evolve processes from early-stage to scalable**. This role is critical as PactFi, a private credit infrastructure platform, scales beyond Series A.
