You'll support operations in a **manufacturing facility** turning salvaged lumber into Carbon Smart Wood. Your work will touch every part of the process from kiln loading to order fulfillment. You'll join a **great team** that cares about doing excellent work every day.

You'll own the product vision and roadmap across Cambium's platform, working closely with the CEO and VP of Engineering to shape strategy. You'll drive **product-market fit** across multiple surfaces in a complex, multi-sided marketplace. This role is ideal for a **generalist product leader** with a startup or founder background.

You'll build and activate **strategic regional partnerships** to grow source-verified fiber supply and market access for a **tech-enabled circular wood economy**. Your work directly scales traceable lumber throughput and develops long-term relationships across suppliers, mills, and executives.

You'll lead end-to-end projects across Cambium's platform, writing maintainable code and shaping architectural decisions. You'll **build with AI coding agents** as a core part of how you work. Collaborate closely with the VP of Engineering and Product to bring solutions from concept to production.
