You'll build APIs and scale AI infrastructure at Fern, a company helping software teams create world-class API experiences. You'll work on **AI systems deployed on Vercel, AWS, and Turbopuffer** and collaborate directly with customers like Nvidia and Twilio. This role offers **ownership of critical backend services** with the support of Postman's massive user base.

You'll work directly with customers to solve high-priority problems, going deep on their use cases and shipping features. You'll own customer relationships with CTOs and VPs of Engineering, quickly building a network within the SaaS startup community. This role involves **moving fast across the stack**, from adding features to the Docs Platform to fixing bugs in SDK generators, and **shaping the product roadmap** by turning customer signals into real products.
