You'll lead **product discovery and research** within the **digital forensics space**, shaping mid-term product initiatives that improve user experience. You'll act as the **technical heart of the sales process**, taking prospects from "interesting" to "I need this." You'll bring **deep cybersecurity knowledge** into customer conversations and shape how Binalyze fits into real-world security environments. This role puts you **at the intersection of deep technical work and real customer impact** with the autonomy to own your region.

You'll design and build **AI-powered automations** that free up real capacity across the business starting with GTM teams. You'll map problems, design solutions, build workflows, and bring users along so they can extend what you create. Your measure of success is **measurable capacity gained** — time reclaimed and manual work eliminated.

You'll own documentation end-to-end for Binalyze's **incident investigation platform AIR**, used by enterprise SOCs and IR teams worldwide. Your work will turn **complex technical systems** into clear, structured content that helps security experts act faster. This is our first Documentation Engineer hire, so you'll shape how the entire knowledge system evolves.
