You will partner with Solution Delivery Managers and Customer Solution Engineers to implement Amperity's Customer Data Cloud. You'll own solution architecture, validate technical requirements, guide customers on best practice technical strategy, and execute project plans. Your work involves deeply technical, customer-facing tasks including database and SQL performance optimization.

You will own and articulate the AI product vision for Amperity's platform, spanning predictive modeling, LLMs, intelligent automation, and advanced personalization, and guide how these capabilities transform core customer workflows across industries. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will set the company's AI principles, partner with Engineering and GTM, and represent Amperity's AI strategy both internally and in the broader market.

You'll work in a small, collaborative feature team contributing across teams to solve meaningful customer problems and improve the platform. You'll shape what and how we build, working with Product, Support, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams to create high-impact features and seamless customer experiences.

You'll work with Applied Scientists, Software Engineers, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver production ML systems that create measurable customer impact, using AI assistance tools like Claude Code to accelerate development.
