Maritime Fusion

You'll design, prototype, and test **high-temperature superconducting hardware** for fusion reactors while helping stand up the R&D lab. You will own designs end-to-end and solve hard multidisciplinary problems. This role touches every corner of engineering and lets you build real things that scale.

You'll identify and develop opportunities for **HTS cable** across multiple sectors and build strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, OEMs, and government programs. Your work will directly shape product direction and deployment. This role offers early-stage equity and the chance to lead go-to-market for a fusion energy startup.

You'll **build and test hardware** for fusion reactors at an early-stage startup. Your hands-on work will **bring experiments to life** and directly impact the development of a world-class R&D lab. You'll collaborate with engineers to debug and refine cutting-edge systems.

You'll **design and simulate tokamaks** for **marine fusion reactors**, running plasma transport and system codes. Your work will directly impact the development of deployable fusion energy for ships, collaborating with top research labs.
