You'll architect **scalable multi-agent AI systems** for insurance and benefits, owning backend services and data pipelines from prototype to production. Your work will directly improve how millions of Americans understand and use their employee benefits.

You'll build **complex UI systems** for Pasito's AI-native benefits workspace, integrating **ProseMirror/Tiptap editors** and **AI-powered workflows**. You'll own mission-critical product experiences that serve carriers, brokers, and employers at scale.

You'll support and scale carrier and broker partnerships at an **AI-native benefits** startup. You'll own operational workflows and enable partners to adopt Pasito, directly influencing **partner success** and revenue growth. This role offers exposure to **U.S. benefits ecosystem** in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You'll lead the team translating Pasito's AI capabilities into **intuitive product experiences** for brokers, carriers, employers, and employees. You'll own the end-to-end product strategy and execution, partnering closely with engineering and customers to drive **adoption and satisfaction**. This role offers **real ownership of a new team** focused entirely on AI in a high-impact legacy industry.

You'll own the analytics and ROI narrative at an **AI-native insurtech startup** backed by Y Combinator, building dashboards and reporting frameworks that translate complex data into **clear, actionable insights** for internal teams and client stakeholders. You'll partner closely with a Data Engineer to define product metrics and deliver presentations that **earn trust at every level** of the organization.
