You'll **build the marketing ops function from scratch** at Outset, an AI-powered user research platform backed by top VCs. You'll **own the HubSpot tech stack, design lifecycle programs, and create data infrastructure** that powers go-to-market. This is a **foundational hire** with direct access to founders and massive ownership.

You'll collaborate with the CTO and CEO on strategic technical decisions, designing **backend services** and **real-time data processing** infrastructure. Your work will directly impact AI-powered **user interview technology** used by global brands.

You'll collaborate closely with the CTO and CEO on **strategic technical decisions** and **product direction**, building intuitive interfaces with React and Next.js. Your work will help global brands achieve deeper qualitative insights at unprecedented speed and scale.

You'll be the primary creative force behind how Outset shows up in the world, from **paid campaigns** to **launch moments**. You'll own visual design for marketing assets and collaborate daily with the marketing team to produce polished, on-brand work.
