You'll own the enterprise surface of Common Room, an AI GTM platform, defining product strategy and shipping **AI agent workflows** for complex customer needs. You'll partner directly with enterprise clients and a pod of engineers to solve hard problems in **data governance** and admin controls.

You'll develop infrastructure, data models, and APIs for the **AI GTM platform**, ensuring systems are **efficient and scalable**. Collaborate in an agile team to deliver **customer-centric solutions**.

You'll build and operate the internal systems, processes, and operating cadence that allow Common Room to scale efficiently, working closely with the CEO and leadership team. You'll drive **operational rigor** across the company through clear metrics and scalable processes, ensuring **the company scales without accumulating debt**. You'll design and build **scalable backend systems** for an AI GTM platform, working with a modern **TypeScript and Node.js stack**. You'll own large projects end-to-end and collaborate with experienced engineers to deliver customer-centric solutions.

You'll serve as the product expert and trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, partnering with Account Executives on **deep discovery** and **custom demos**. You'll translate customer challenges into outcome-oriented solution designs that accelerate decisions and reduce risk.

You'll own end-to-end renewals for **Growth customers**, managing a high-volume book of business and driving retention through **value reinforcement and alignment**. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance to execute **scaled renewal motions** and improve processes.

You'll build efficient data pipelines processing billions of events daily, working with **ETL pipelines and data warehouses**. You'll design systems to transform data for customer insights and business intelligence. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers and choose simple, reliable technologies.
