You'll **build core product** that customers depend on every day at Codes Health, an AI-driven medical record retrieval platform. You'll **ship AI-powered workflows** replacing slow manual processes and **design internal tools** for scale. This role gives real ownership over outcomes in a fast-growing startup.

You'll build **agentic systems** that retrieve medical records from thousands of healthcare providers, processing messy data like faxes, portals, and physical mail. Your work will directly cut retrieval time from 30-50 days to ~12 days, **unlocking a $20B+ market**. You'll ship product and dive deep on pipeline challenges, staying close to both customers and data.

You'll own the performance and success of our largest law firm accounts, driving adoption and managing operational details. You'll sit at the center of critical customer relationships and work cross-functionally to affect change. This role combines **customer success** and **operations**.

You'll own the day-to-day execution and management of our **Records Retrieval Team**. Your work will **directly accelerate how quickly law firms settle** and healthcare practices deliver care. You'll help shape the team from the ground up: hiring, training, process design, and performance tracking.

You'll manage end-to-end medical records retrieval for law firms using our platform. Your work directly speeds up case resolution and reduces errors. This role is **central to our operations**, where you'll **shape playbooks and automation features** that scale across the company.
