You'll lead the overall technology architecture and engineering teams at NOVOS and PRIME FiBER, ensuring operational stability and system simplification. Your core impact will be driving **platform consolidation** and **reliable end-to-end integration** across internal and wholesale platforms. This **senior technology leadership** role combines strategic ownership with hands-on technical oversight.

You'll support **outside plant construction** and **emergency repair operations** by accurately locating and marking company-owned fiber optic infrastructure. This private in-house role focuses on preventing service-affecting damage during excavation. Your work ensures safe digging for internal crews and contractors.

You'll install, maintain, and repair **fiber-optic networks** for residential clients in the **DFW area**. Working both independently and as part of a team, you'll ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
