As a Sales Development Representative at MasterControl, you'll work with sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation and qualification through proactive outbound prospecting, lead activity management, and nurturing leads from inception through qualification before transitioning them to Regional Account Executives.

You'll lead **end-to-end project delivery** for MasterControl's cloud-based quality and compliance software in the life sciences industry. Your core impact is ensuring excellent customer implementation experience while maintaining the operational health of the Professional Services organization. You'll work with cross-functional teams and partners to drive **portfolio transparency** and **service delivery excellence**.

You'll act as the primary technical advisor for MasterControl's premium customers, driving adoption and reducing risk in regulated environments. You'll develop deep understanding of each customer's deployment architecture and workflows to deliver tailored guidance. This role offers the chance to influence retention and renewal outcomes through proactive value delivery.

You'll provide in-depth technical support for MasterControl's cloud-based quality software for life sciences. You'll resolve advanced issues, identify software defects, and contribute to knowledge base articles.
