Jitter

You'll build the **People function from scratch** at Jitter, partnering with the CEO. You'll enable international growth by hiring, developing, and engaging world-class teams. This role is based in **Paris with relocation packages** offered.

You'll join the early design team at Jitter, a fast motion design tool on the web. You'll own the end-to-end product experience and **raise design quality** across every detail of the platform. This is a foundational role with the mission to make motion **accessible to all designers**.

You'll drive **mid-market growth** ($2–25k ACV) as the first GTM hire at **Jitter**, a motion design platform. You'll build a streamlined GTM engine that converts teams and expands accounts with low friction. This role offers **relocation support to Paris** and significant equity upside.
