Spade

You'll be the **operational backbone** of our NYC office, creating a positive environment for in-person and remote team members. Your work keeps the space running smoothly and ensures every visitor has a great first impression. This part-time role offers the chance to **shape company culture** as an early employee.

You'll collaborate on the technical vision to build a product customers love, developing low-latency, massively-scalable APIs and a robust data platform. You'll **debug production issues** across all stacks and **deliver value** through strong collaboration.

You'll be Spade's first technical recruiter, owning full-cycle recruiting for engineering and data science teams. You'll **build sourcing strategies** and **partner with hiring managers** to shape the caliber of hiring as the company scales. Your work directly impacts **candidate experience** and hiring quality in a fast-growing Series B fintech.

You'll serve as the first line of technical support for Spade's financial data platform, triaging issues and bridging customers with internal teams. You'll **troubleshoot problems**, create **product rules**, and monitor performance using **SQL and Hex**. This role offers a chance to shape a fast-growing Series B company.

You'll own and shape core features of Spade's data and AI platform as the first dedicated product hire. You'll partner closely with the CEO, sales, data science, and engineering to define **product roadmap** and strategy for making transaction data clean and actionable. You'll own the systems that keep Spade's core platform fast, reliable, and scalable, working across the full infrastructure stack. Your decisions will directly shape the reliability of products processing hundreds of millions of transactions. You'll build the financial foundation for Spade's next stage of growth, taking ownership of financial strategy, planning, and operations.
