You'll lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a customer-centric mindset and driving development best practices. You'll collaborate on technical roadmaps and ensure scalable, redundant services on **public cloud deployments** like GCP/AWS/Kubernetes. This role requires deep expertise in **Go** and **distributed systems**.

You'll develop **Marketing Qualified Leads** into Sales Qualified Leads for the inbound sales teams. Your success is based on both the **quantity and quality** of leads you send to sales. This is a **performance-based role** for someone starting in sales.
