You'll lead a team of full-cycle Account Executives focused on **new logo acquisition** and **PLG conversion** in the Mid-Market segment. You'll coach reps through complex deals, improve forecast accuracy, and create repeatable pipeline strategies for **predictable growth**.

You'll own the **Customer Insights product area** end-to-end at Mural, turning product data into narratives that drive renewals and expansion. You'll work across three layers: the usage data layer, the customer-facing surface, and **AI-native analytics** to evolve the insights surface. This role sits at the intersection of revenue, data, and AI strategy.

You'll partner with **enterprise customers in the DACH region** to drive **business value through Mural's platform**. You'll lead **discovery sessions with C-level stakeholders** and guide them through security, compliance, and integration considerations.
