You'll **own full-cycle recruiting** for tech, product, and business roles across LATAM at a fast-growing open finance API startup. You'll also **drive people operations** including payroll and benefits administration in Mexico. This role offers **real ownership and a distributed, culture-first team**.

You'll join Belvo's Intelligence Squad as an AI enabler, prototyping and deploying **AI products** across the full lifecycle. You'll build agentic systems, integrate MCP tooling, and operate **AI-natively** using coding agents daily.

You'll **reconcile financial transactions** and **manage direct debit operations** for a fast-growing **open finance API platform**. Your work ensures accuracy across back-office, bank statements, and customer accounts while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

You'll lead **go-to-market strategy** for **new fintech products** in Brazil and Mexico. Your core impact is turning ideas into revenue through fast launches and customer pilots. This market-facing role sits inside the product organization, bridging high-level vision with tactical execution.
