You'll own full-cycle hiring for technical roles at a **Sequoia-backed AI startup**. You'll own Blockit's core infrastructure including **databases** and **async job processing** to ensure speed and reliability. You'll architect solutions as the platform scales and serve as the point person on reliability. This role is ideal if you care deeply about **production systems** and want to build for millions of calendars.

You'll expand Blockit's capabilities and surfaces, building new features end-to-end. You'll ship features that directly impact users, from prototype to production. You'll work on **multiplayer AI agents** that coordinate schedules across people and timezones.

You'll own the intelligence at the core of Blockit: our scheduling agents that autonomously coordinate meetings across people, time zones, and constraints. You'll design and iterate on agent architectures, write and refine prompts, and ship new capabilities. This is one of the first **multiplayer, stateful AI agents**—coordinating between multiple people and taking real actions in the world.
