You'll lead **technical operations** for the world's first operational bio-oil injection well at Charm's Basco, Louisiana site. Your core impact will be ensuring **operational reliability** and **structured troubleshooting** of complex fluid systems. This role stands out for its **deep ownership** of a first-of-its-kind industrial carbon removal process.

You'll join the Pyrolysis Test Engineering team to scale **new chemical processes** from lab and pilot testing to commercial operation. You'll design experiments, troubleshoot scale-up challenges, and improve **product yields** for carbon removal tech. This role is based onsite in Fort Lupton, Colorado.

You'll design and develop **next-generation pyrolysis technology** for a **climate-positive company**, taking equipment from concept to commissioning. You'll solve real-world engineering challenges and scale systems that directly impact **carbon removal goals**.

You'll serve as the **technical backbone** of Charm's pyrolyzer iteration cycle, ensuring each new unit arrives ready to run and runs reliably. You'll own end-to-end commissioning, coordinate with contract manufacturers, and drive **continuous improvement** of our carbon removal systems.
