Fastino

You'll design and deploy **high-performance agentic systems** leveraging optimized model architectures at **Fastino**, a well-funded startup building next-generation LLMs. You'll bridge research and production to deliver **scalable, low-latency solutions** for enterprise customers.

You'll partner with prospects to prove business value from our LLM models during the sales cycle, sitting at the **intersection of sales, engineering, and language model research**. You'll lead technical demos, build custom POCs, and recommend **system architectures** that fit each customer's stack. This role offers the chance to work with a **well-funded startup** backed by Microsoft, Khosla Ventures, and others.

You'll ship **full-stack features** end-to-end, owning the lifecycle from conception to production. You'll build and maintain infrastructure powering Fastino's AI services, keeping systems reliable as you scale with a team backed by Microsoft and Khosla Ventures.
