You'll lead demand generation strategy and execution at CoderPad, a global technical hiring platform. You'll own **channel performance** and **budget optimization** across paid social, search, and ABM to drive predictable pipeline. This role combines sharp analytical thinking with deep cross-functional collaboration.

You'll lead multiple product engineering teams at CoderPad, a platform transforming technical interviews. Your core impact is shaping technical strategy and mentoring managers to deliver high-quality software. **You'll report to the VP of Engineering** and collaborate with **cross-functional leadership** to scale systems and processes.

You'll design and develop full-stack features for CoderPad's **technical assessment platform** used by **4,000+ clients** in 165 countries. You'll contribute to **architecture decisions** and deploy your own features to production.

You'll own the technical track in pre-sales for **CoderPad's interviewing platform**, translating product capabilities into customer needs. You'll **drive complex enterprise deal closures** through demos, trials, and proof-of-concepts while **building reusable sales content** that scales the entire GTM team.

You'll own **the end-to-end renewal process** for a portfolio of low-touch customer accounts, ensuring timely renewals and driving **retention outcomes** through AI-powered automation and data-driven outreach. This role reports to the VP, Customer Success.
