You'll own and evolve core ML frameworks powering loan decisions at a fintech platform, building scalable infrastructure and agentic systems. You'll design, develop, and optimize production-grade ML software that integrates seamlessly with **real-time lending systems** and **AI-driven decision copilots**.

You'll act as the primary business point of contact for banking and payment partners, tracking commitments and driving **partner-led initiatives**. You'll orchestrate partner readiness for new payment products and ensure **timely go-lives** of campaigns and programs. This role offers exposure to **cross-functional collaboration** across Business, Product, Finance, and Engineering.

You'll coordinate with third-party vendors and manage backend operations at CRED, an exclusive community for creditworthy individuals. Your core impact includes ensuring timely reconciliation of invoices and maintaining process compliance. You'll also handle merchant VPA whitelisting and offer activations for a **trust-focused fintech** that rewards **good financial behavior**.

You'll be the analytical backbone supporting business, growth, product, and risk teams, transforming complex data into strategic insights. You'll drive **multi-functional success across our lending ecosystem** by analyzing multi-dimensional data and developing models. This role offers the chance to **own end-to-end analytical initiatives** from problem framing to impact tracking.

You'll be responsible for **managing risk strategy** and containing credit losses at Prefr. You'll build **credit risk policies** using scorecards and models, working closely with collections, operations, technology, and product teams. You'll measure product and feature impact, analyze user behavior, and inform product decisions. You'll own metrics tracking, experiment analysis, and data readiness while communicating actionable insights to stakeholders.
