You will be the first point of contact for delinquent borrowers, responsible for outbound calls and emails to resolve payment issues and reduce delinquencies. You'll use problem-solving and negotiation skills to bring accounts current while delivering a superior customer experience.

You will lead integrated marketing campaigns for MPOWER's new U.S. Graduate and Refinance loan products, driving awareness and funded loan volume across North America. This role involves strategy, execution, and optimization across paid media, social, email, and partnerships, working cross-functionally in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will create engaging digital visuals, UI assets, and motion-based design elements to communicate ideas across digital platforms. Collaborate with product and marketing teams on visual storytelling, and work on layout design, typography, and brand visual systems.

You'll lead a Bangalore-based team of Customer Relations Associates, ensuring exceptional support for students navigating our loan application process. You'll manage workflows, design conversion campaigns, and mentor team members to deliver superior experiences across multiple channels.

You will be the first point of contact with defaulted borrowers, recovering loans through effective resolutions and delivering a superior servicing experience. Your goal is to balance recovery with customer satisfaction using empathy and negotiation.

You will lead and scale MPOWER's recoveries function to maximize portfolio performance. You'll set strategy, establish priorities and processes, and develop analytical models to achieve goals while handling hands-on tactical activities to help scale the team.
