You will own the architecture and deployment of software solutions that support customer missions for space operations and mission management. You will develop modular capabilities to support DoD and IC customers across the space domain, integrating with legacy systems and new space systems to deliver reliable capabilities on operationally-relevant timelines.

You'll design, develop, and implement real-time, safety-critical flight software in C/C++ for embedded systems within aerospace and defense platforms. You'll collaborate with hardware engineers, systems engineers, and aerospace specialists to integrate flight software with avionics, sensors, and control systems. You'll contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to verification and validation of flight-critical software.

You will build, mentor, and lead a team of Electrical Manufacturing Engineers and Specialists, focusing on avionics PCBA, harnessing fabrication, propulsion testing, turbomachinery, and system integration. You'll leverage New Product Introduction expertise to transition products from prototype to high-volume production, optimizing manufacturability and supply chain scalability. You'll collaborate with Design Engineering teams on Design for Manufacturability feedback and own portions of the manufacturing value chain for specific products.

You will work on the developer portal and generated SDKs to enable partners to write complex technical integrations for the Lattice platform. You'll build infrastructure to simplify API exposure, create sample applications, and provide technical leadership during partner onboarding. This role involves solving complex technical challenges and creating mission-critical solutions at scale.

You will lead recruiting efforts for top technical talent across all levels, focusing on Tech/Software Engineering roles. You'll develop partnerships with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to shape recruiting strategies and guide process improvements. Your work will ensure an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

You will take ownership of critical enterprise integrations connecting Oracle Fusion ERP with upstream and downstream systems, stabilizing and optimizing them for mission-critical reliability. As the subject matter expert, you will architect and scale the enterprise integration landscape, building the operational foundation that enables the company to scale its mission.

You will lead teams of Haskell developers to implement high-performance, high-assurance software systems for electromagnetic warfare capabilities. You'll participate in technology roadmapping, software architecture, and design review processes while working with industry leaders in various engineering disciplines. This role involves building teams to scale functional programming-based software development approaches.

You will design, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes with a focus on manual assembly operations, dispense applications, and technical documentation creation. You'll work in a fast-paced environment to develop innovative manufacturing solutions for cutting-edge defense technology production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and efficiency.
