You'll own the entire machine learning lifecycle behind **Jarmin's AI employees**, from research to production. Your work will define core product capabilities. You'll collaborate closely with a small, in-person team to ship constantly.

You'll join a small in-person team to build the distributed systems that power **AI employees**. You'll own real systems from day one and shape the future of the company. You'll get to **hack quick prototypes** and **geek out on the newest AI trends**.

You'll **own the product experience** behind Jarmin's AI employees, taking features from idea to production end to end. In any given week you'll shape how customers interact with their AI employees, **building the product surface** and **designing APIs and data models**. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, in-person team building the future.

You'll own the look, feel, and frontend craft of all Jarmin products. You'll design and ship **production UI components** while **prototyping fast** to explore ideas. You'll set the **quality bar for interactions, motion, and performance**.
