You'll lead an underwriting team at a fintech startup, ensuring accurate and timely decisions. Your core impact will be driving quality and consistency through coaching and process improvements. You'll also partner with People Ops to hire and onboard new team members.

You'll lead **Underwriting, Processing, and Closing** functions at a fintech startup, driving **operational performance** and **scaling production capacity**. You'll build scalable processes, develop leaders, and use data to remove bottlenecks, directly impacting company growth.

You'll lead Splitero's engineering **strategy and delivery** across internal and external teams, reporting to the VP of Product Engineering. You'll drive **architectural decisions** across the full stack including Salesforce, React, and AWS. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a **fast-paced startup environment**.

You'll own the identification, scoping, and delivery of **AI-powered capabilities** across product and operations. You'll sit within engineering but operate cross-functionally, partnering with teams to build AI solutions that streamline workflows and drive efficiency. This role combines **software engineering** with **AI-first development** to ship working solutions into production.

You'll lead a high-performing team of loan processors, owning performance management and pipeline oversight. Your core impact is driving efficient operations and developing **team members** for a **home equity product** that helps homeowners access cash without monthly payments.

You'll educate homeowners about Splitero's **Home Equity Investment product**, making outbound calls and guiding them from inquiry to funding. Your core impact is helping families access their home equity while growing your own earning potential through **uncapped commissions**. As a hybrid team member, you'll work Tues-Thurs in our San Diego office with remote flexibility.

You'll make risk assessment decisions on applications for our **Home Equity Investment (HEI) product**, a modern alternative to traditional financing. You'll own your pipeline from initial review through final approval, partnering closely with our Processing team and homeowners.

You'll support homeowners applying for our Home Equity Investment by preparing files for underwriter review. You'll take ownership of your pipeline and consistently meet production targets. This role blends processing with elements of underwriting and **sales**, requiring a proactive, detail-oriented professional.
