You will own end-to-end delivery of ML and LLM-powered services, from problem framing and experimentation to production deployment and operations. You'll work with top enterprises to build AI agents that reason over business logic, using Python, NLP, and cloud infrastructure to ship high-quality features fast.

You will spearhead Shelf's company-wide automation transformation, building and leading multiple specialized automation teams while establishing automation as a strategic function across all departments. This foundational leadership role reports to the CTO and involves leveraging Shelf's internal AI platform to create intelligent agents that transform processes across GTM, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success.

You will lead proof-of-value engagements with enterprise prospects, designing custom ontologies and configuring solutions within 3-5 day cycles. You'll work at the intersection of AI and data quality, helping customers achieve AI readiness by solving data issues.

You'll craft interfaces that make enterprise AI accessible and trustworthy, building production-ready Next.js applications handling high-load scenarios, real-time AI streaming, and complex enterprise functionality. You'll tackle challenges like building real-time streaming interfaces for LLM responses, managing state for concurrent AI operations, and creating accessible interfaces for complex knowledge graphs.

You'll join the core team as a high-agency generalist, acting as a **force multiplier** across growth, operations, and strategy.
