You'll drive delivery across SDK, Platform, and Applications teams at a fast-growing neuromorphic chip company, translating the software roadmap into an **integrated execution plan** and **running the operating cadence** that keeps teams aligned. You'll ensure milestone shipments land predictably with measurable quality.

You'll bridge the gap between customers and internal teams at **Innatera**, a semiconductor company developing ultra-efficient neuromorphic processors for AI at the edge. You'll support complex customer integrations and **translate field feedback into product improvements**, while traveling frequently across North America.

You'll design and build high-performance C++ hardware simulators for **neuromorphic processors** at a deep-tech semiconductor startup. Your work will enable **early application development** before hardware tape-out. This role is critical to **cross-team collaboration** on next-gen chip designs.

You'll lead **verification of neuromorphic processors** at a fast-growing Dutch semiconductor company, driving **constrained-random UVM environments** and ensuring **coverage closure** for cutting-edge edge AI chips. Your work will directly impact next-gen IoT, wearable, and automotive solutions.

You'll take **technical ownership of RISC-V-based CPU architecture** and subsystem integration in next-generation neuromorphic SoCs. You'll lead the design and implementation of **advanced CPU cores and digital IPs** from specification to sign-off. You'll collaborate with verification, backend, and software teams.
