Your work will directly impact high-priority projects in a production environment. You'll **wear many hats** and **receive mentorship** while shipping components for high-performance systems.

You'll use **hand calculations and CFD software** to predict thermal performance of Alloy's industry-leading cooling components. You'll work closely with Solutions Engineers to **optimize designs for challenging customer requirements**. You'll operate **metal manufacturing systems** to build parts for customers at Alloy's facility. You'll perform **quality inspections** and maintain manufacturing records. This role requires **5 days onsite per week** in Burlington, MA.

You'll work on **3D geometry algorithms** and **motion planning** for a novel manufacturing process. You'll shape software that cools high-performance systems, from proof-of-concept to production code. This is a **hardtech startup** where you'll collaborate daily with end-users in the building.

You'll lead the thermal test lab at Alloy Enterprises, a fast-paced hard-tech startup, designing and building novel test setups for high-performance thermal components. Your core impact will be ensuring the performance and reliability of cutting-edge cold plates through hands-on testing and data analysis. You'll also have the opportunity to **influence product design** and **grow into an Applications Engineer role**.

You'll join a hardtech startup to execute **thermal and fluidic testing** on novel metal components that improve heat dissipation in high-performance systems. You'll build test setups, collect data, and support product validation for customers in servers, lasers, and defense.
