You'll own strategy, budgets, and execution across Meta, LinkedIn, and other growth platforms, driving qualified leads and pipeline within **disciplined ROI targets**. This role goes beyond media buying: you'll also own **landing page optimization** and conversion testing, and build a lean, high-output growth team.

You'll own **end-to-end design** for core areas of the Shapes platform, from discovery to launch.
