You'll oversee all accounting, audit, and tax functions for a **rapidly scaling SaaS company** serving financial institutions. You'll partner with product and growth teams to optimize product structure and pricing within **AI Banking**, and establish reporting and controls for key financial inflection points.

You'll lead Posh's forward-deployed implementation function, managing a team of AI Implementation Managers to onboard and launch clients successfully. You'll own implementation strategy, execution quality, and team development, ensuring **predictable delivery** and **strong client partnerships**.
