Rally

You'll own the performance and development of Rally's SDR team, building systems and coaching cadence that drive consistent pipeline generation. You'll act as the **connective tissue** between sales leadership and the team, translating goals into daily execution. This is a remote-first role with **high ownership** and meaningful opportunity to shape outbound scaling.

You'll take full ownership of Rally's **cloud infrastructure**, **CI/CD platform**, and **developer experience**, building the foundation for an AI-native future. As the founding infrastructure engineer, you'll set the standard for how we scale. This role offers high ownership and impact at a fast-growing YC-backed startup trusted by Google and Figma.

You'll own and scale Rally's backend systems and data infrastructure, handling hundreds of millions of participant records. Your work will directly determine how fast our product moves, strengthening the platforms that every product engineer builds on. You'll join a small, high-ownership team shaping the future of **AI-native research workflows** at a company trusted by Google, Adobe, and Figma.

You'll be the first dedicated Customer Engineer at Rally, owning technical onboarding and implementation for Enterprise accounts. Your work will free the product team from technical consulting load and accelerate Enterprise onboarding. You'll join a highly collaborative, user-obsessed CX team and help define the playbook for this function.
