You'll lead a team of cross-functional engineers building **streaming data pipelines** and **ML-driven audience construction** for Madhive's ad targeting platform. Your work directly powers campaigns for over 30,000 businesses daily. You'll drive **operational excellence** and foster a culture of innovation.

You'll lead the design and development of Madhive's **real-time bidding system** and **data pipelines**, architecting backend infrastructure at petabyte scale. You'll partner with executive leadership to shape product vision, fostering a culture of **open communication** and coaching emerging leaders.
