You'll lead and grow a team building **Blend's intelligent origination products** including **Blend Autopilot**, our AI agent for loan automation. You'll shape one of the most AI-forward teams in Fintech, shipping agentic features rapidly and pushing adoption of modern AI tooling across the stack.

You'll serve as the primary **Premier Support** contact for prominent clients of **Blend's cloud banking platform**, managing escalations and ensuring transparent communication. You'll directly impact customer retention and satisfaction by driving resolution of complex issues.

You'll be the technical heart of the sales process, partnering with account teams to deliver **compelling product demonstrations** for financial institutions. Your core impact is guiding technical evaluations from discovery through solution design. This role offers the chance to work with a cloud banking platform used by top banks and **shape product strategy** with customer insights.
