You'll design and scale next-generation rare-earth reactors, owning designs from concept through commissioning. Your core impact is turning ideas into operating systems that stabilize the western rare-earth supply chain. You'll own Solcoa's entire federal strategy, building relationships across the executive branch, Hill, and agencies to shape the critical minerals policy landscape. Your work will secure government financing and procurement, turning policy momentum into commercial advantage. This role reports directly to the CEO and involves shaping the **defense industrial base** and **critical minerals trade policy**.

You'll lead **scale-up** from pilot to demonstration plant for rare-earth metallization processes. You'll translate R&D into engineered processes and partner with EPC contractors to deliver safe, on-time construction. This role is critical to securing the **Western rare-earth supply chain**.

You'll own **difficult, first-principles R&D** that unlocks rare-earth metal production at scale. You will design and execute **high-temperature experiments**, build custom rigs, and translate lab breakthroughs into reproducible unit operations. This role is deeply technical and experimental.

You'll join a rare-earth metal startup to support reactor subsystem design in CAD, prototype builds, and testing. Your work will directly accelerate Western rare-earth production for **defense and clean energy**. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced hardware environment.

You'll own day-to-day operations of our pilot-scale rare-earth metal production lines, managing **high-temperature reactors**, **vacuum systems**, and **induction furnaces**. You'll drive throughput and uptime while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards as we scale from pilot to commercial production.
