You'll take ownership of improving and stabilising an AI-powered voice platform built on ElevenLabs. You'll define best-practice architecture and implement improvements for reliability, scalability, and integrations. This is a highly autonomous contract role focused on execution and operational stability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess current ElevenLabs environment for gaps and scalability issues
• Define and implement architecture and operational standards
• Plan and execute migration to improved target-state
• Optimise and stabilise AI voice workflows and integrations

📋 Requirements

• ElevenLabs experience in production
• Twilio or similar telephony platform experience
• API and middleware architecture knowledge
• Ability to independently assess and improve existing systems
