🎯 What You'll Do

• Champion ML/AI techniques for client engagement and personalization
• Lead a team building core prediction and recommendation algorithms
• Oversee end-to-end algorithm development from ideation to deployment
• Manage prioritization of algorithmic projects balancing business needs and timelines

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, etc.)
• 5+ years designing and deploying machine learning algorithms in production
• 2+ years direct people management experience
• Ability to write production-grade Python code

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's or PhD preferred
• Experience with online A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Familiar with cloud-based infrastructure and distributed data systems
