You'll provide personal care assistance to seniors at a lively day center, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Your work directly helps vulnerable seniors stay in their homes and communities. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on personal care with daily living activities
• Measure and document participants' vital signs
• Act as a medical escort for transportation
• Assist with meal service and feeding

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred
• Minimum one year experience providing personal care to seniors
• CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
