You'll design and own backend systems at an AI-native video platform, tackling distributed systems and scaling challenges. You'll deploy and operate generative AI models in production to unlock new product experiences.

• Design, build, and own backend systems end-to-end.
• Solve complex challenges in distributed systems and scaling.
• Integrate and operate large generative AI models in production.
• Instrument and iterate in production to improve system quality.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional industry experience
• Proven track record shipping production systems
• Exceptional problem solving fundamentals
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
