You'll join our ML Engineering team to develop AI solutions that transform healthcare delivery. Your work will directly impact patient access and care quality across Doctolib's platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design technical solutions to achieve product goals.
• Implement and test models in production.
• Deploy algorithms using the ML platform.
• Measure uplift and iterate on approaches.

📋 Requirements

• 3-7 years of ML/DL/AI engineering experience with production models.
• Proven expertise in information retrieval and modern retrieval stacks.
• Experience with LLM/VLM application development, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in B2C marketplace.
• Familiarity with pattern mining, recommendation, experimentation, or causal inference.
