You'll manage a high-volume hiring pipeline for Care Professional candidates, guiding them from application to onboarding. Your work directly impacts conversion rates and time-to-hire, supported by automated workflows. This remote role combines personalized engagement with operational support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide proactive and reactive candidate support to increase conversion.
• Monitor candidate progression and intervene to keep priority candidates moving.
• Review documents and perform compliance checks per regulations.
• Co-manage voicemails, tickets, and emails from candidates needing assistance.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, or customer support managing high volume
• Strong rapport-building via phone, text, email, and virtual interactions
• Excellent attention to detail for compliance documentation review
