Solutions Engineer

As we expand our B2B Fintech solutions offering, we’re looking for a Solutions Engineer (also known as a Solutions Consultant) to bridge the gap between product capabilities and customer needs — someone who can translate business challenges into impactful, customized solutions. The Solutions Engineer is the technical and consultative partner to the Account Executive during the sales process. You will act as the bridge between our clients, sales, and product, guiding prospects through discovery, crafting tailored demonstrations, and ensuring technical and business alignment. Your expertise will help customers see not just what Jeeves can do, but how it solves their unique financial and operational challenges. Location: This role is based out of Sao Paolo, Brazil, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in JK Iguatemi. #LI-HYBRID
