You'll design, build, and deploy ML models for Stripe Capital to automate underwriting financing offers. Your work will directly expand access to capital for millions of small businesses, balancing growth with financial risk management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build ML models for underwriting and portfolio management
• Develop pipelines to train and evaluate models offline and online
• Integrate ML models into production systems and ensure scalability
• Collaborate with product and risk teams to prioritize new features

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years industry experience building and shipping ML systems in production
• Proficient with PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, and Spark
• Hands-on experience in designing, training, and evaluating ML models
• Experience in productionizing and deploying models at scale

✨ Nice to Have

• MS/PhD in ML/AI or related field
• Experience in adversarial domains like lending, trading, or fraud
• Experience with deep learning architectures such as transformers
