💼 About This Role

You'll be the operational backbone of our Data Center & Network Delivery team, ensuring efficient infrastructure deployment. You'll directly impact how Vultr deploys infrastructure globally in a hyper-growth cloud company. This role is the entry point into project management at a world's largest privately-held cloud infrastructure company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive day-to-day PMO operations including status reporting and risk tracking
• Own and optimize Smartsheet dashboards, automations, and templates
• Leverage AI tools to surface risks and draft executive summaries
• Develop and maintain project documentation with version control

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in technical operations or project coordination
• Strong proficiency with AI productivity tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini
• Advanced Smartsheet experience with formulas and dashboards
• Familiarity with complex technical infrastructure projects
