You'll define and scale how AI is adopted across voize, building the infrastructure and guardrails for safe, reliable use. Your core mission is to transform voize into an AI-first organization, enabling every team to become truly AI-native.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain voize's internal AI productivity suite
• Enable AI fluency through onboarding, workshops, and playbooks
• Establish and enforce AI governance and data handling standards
• Partner with teams to embed AI into workflows and build agents

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment
• Strong technical fluency in LLM-based systems
• Engineer mindset: ability to build and ship
• Proven enablement track record driving adoption at scale

• Some level of German proficiency
• Experience with AI agent architectures
